When a customer orders a SAGAS video interview in
your area, you and other interviewers in your area
will be notified by email. The job is awarded
within 48 hours on a first come, first serve
basis.
Once confirmed, you'll be given the subject's
contact and detailed information about the job
(occasion, subject, relationship to client,
location, interview template) for you to arrange
the interview with the subject. From this point,
you will have direct communication with the
subject.
You'll have the opportunity to speak or email with
the subject in advance to answer their questions
and prepare them for a successful interview.
The basic SAGAS interview takes one hour with one
person. If the client pays extra, this time may be
extended or include more than one person.
On the day of the interview, you should arrive 30
minutes in advance to set-up. Your equipment will
include a tripod, monopod, camera brace, lowlight
camera, a shotgun mic and two wireless mics.
Conduct the interview with the subject as if you
were both sitting in rocking chairs passing the
time of day.
After the interview, you'll upload the miniDVD
either to the SAGAS FTP site or send it to us
overnight. You'll receive payment for your time
within 3 business days after we receive the video
and confirm perform our quality control.
